The 24-hour reception was a standout feature, ensuring that help was always just a moment away, regardless of the hour. the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a wonderful touch, allowing me to stay connected while unwinding in the cozy ambience. The tranquility of the surrounding area, complemented by a nearby park for leisurely strolls, enhanced my overall experience. Hospitality shone through from the staff, who were helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. In terms of value for money, Hotel Nele definitely exceeded my expectations, promising a memorable stay amidst the charm of Sri Lanka.
